Since then we\u2019ve had the opportunity to blog about all manner of topics connected to the machinery and business appraisal world \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/nebbinstitute.wordpress.com\/2010\/06\/24\/why-attorneys-need-a-cmea\/\">why attorneys need a CMEA<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/nebbinstitute.wordpress.com\/2011\/06\/23\/uspap-the-hypothetical-and-the-extraordinary\/\">USPAP: the hypothetical and the extraordinary<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/nebbinstitute.wordpress.com\/2012\/06\/18\/performing-complex-auction-appraisals\/\">performing complex auction appraisals<\/a>, just to name a few. We\u2019ve also added a lot of new fans and readers over that time, so before we move forward, we\u2019d like to introduce ourselves and our blog once again to those who might not be overly familiar with NEBBI.<\/p>\n<p>Those who already know our organization know about our belief in the importance of professional education and stricter financial controls in appraising, and our conviction that the role small businesses play in the U.S. economy is a vital one. NEBBI\u2019s primary goal is to support those beliefs by guiding professionals who are new to <a href=\"http:\/\/nebbinstitute.com\/\">machinery and equipment appraisal<\/a> and brokerage, and keeping veterans abreast of what\u2019s new in the industry. With this blog, we provide updates about the industry, as well as advice and opinions, and we hope that you\u2019ll respond with a few opinions of your own. We\u2019re always excited to provide this information, and we\u2019re also equally excited to hear from you \u2013 this site has become an interactive forum for appraisal professionals, and we hope it continues to be well into the future.<\/p>\n<p>Check back here frequently for our weekly updates.
