The 32,000-square-foot, double-decker restaurant will seat 1,500 diners and could serve some 50,000 Big Macs over the course of the games.<\/p>\n<p>The interesting thing about this mega-McDonald\u2019s is that it\u2019s temporary. It will only be in business during the Olympics (and the following Paralympics) and then be completely dismantled. Three-quarters of the furniture and fittings at the flagship are set to be reused in other McDonald\u2019s restaurants after the games, and the rest will be sold off to other restaurants. Which means, of course, that they\u2019re going to need <a href=\"http:\/\/nebbinstitute.com\/\">an appraisal<\/a> so they can get the most bang for their buck.<\/p>\n<p>And considering the varied bits and pieces that could be up for sale, a CMEA would likely need all their appraisal experience and skills to assign value. How much for a gently used fry station? What\u2019s the value of a light board that once housed the McDonald\u2019s menu? How much for the tables, chairs, and ketchup packets?
