In addition, John:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is a tested and certified Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers in the field of Machinery and Technical Specialties, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser.<\/li>\n<li>Holds additional ASA designation in the field of real estate appraisal.<\/li>\n<li>Is a licensed real estate broker in Kansas and Oklahoma.<\/li>\n<li>Holds the Business Appraisal Expert designation, as endorsed by Northern Michigan University.<\/li>\n<li>Has been approved as an instructor for the Kansas Real Estate Commission to teach continuing education courses in Business Sales and Evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Is a frequent guest speaker to CPAs, attorneys and other business groups.<\/li>\n<li>Is a regular contributing author to various industry trade journals and newsletters in the brokerage and appraisal industries.<\/li>\n<li>Provides expert court testimony in district and federal court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>John currently teaches appraisal technique in Business, Real Estate, and Machinery\/Equipment for several national organizations. He is a member and contributing guest speaker to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibba.org\/\">International Business Brokers Association<\/a> (IBBA), the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cabb.org\/index.asp\">California Association of Business Brokers<\/a> (CABB), and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.i-cbc.org\/\">Institute of Certified Business Counselors<\/a> (ICBC).
