I don\u2019t watch much TV.<\/p>\n

OK, I do admit to watching the Steelers when they are playing during my kids\u2019 1:30 \u2013 3:30 nap time. But other than that there\u2019s really one show that I make sure to tape and watch weekly \u2013 The Apprentice.<\/p>\n

One theme that gets repeated quite often in the tasks is that the team that doesn\u2019t devote much time to understanding the customer usually loses.<\/p>\n

The most important thing a president of any organization can do is listen to its customers, members, students, etc. We’ll be happy to devote time to learn what\u2019s on your mind.<\/p>\n
