Implementing any part of eProcurement or any major change is a challenge. To succeed, you really need to communicate how individuals will benefit from the change.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, when asking folks to record receipts, there is simply not very much benefit that users will derive from recording receipts. So it is an uphill battle.<\/p>\n

Going to 2-way match is a classic example of thinking outside the box and challenging those people who say \u201cYou can\u2019t do THAT!\u201d And it works.<\/p>\n
