In this article, I share some of the more standard KPI\u2019s used for benchmarking. These are often used by senior management to get a general understanding of how their procurement departments stack up against others.<\/p>\n
So, in that regard, they are important. As a procurement leader, you should have these KPI\u2019s at your fingertips if\/when your management comes looking for them.<\/p>\n
