This week, I\u2019ll be reviewing a whitepaper entitled \u201cDealing With Performance Issues\u201d from IdeaBridge.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t miss updates on Procurement &amp; Supply Chain, Subscribe here!<\/p>\n<p>All of IdeaBridge\u2019s whitepapers are directed towards leaders and are presented as a series of bulletpoints. Because procurement leaders deal with performance issues of both their employees and their suppliers, I felt that some of the content was quite appropriate. Here are a few of the more interesting excerpts\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cGreat coaches give opportunities, resources, and playing time according to players\u2019 past performance. The greater the performer, the greater the opportunity.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cMany people avoid confrontation. Some fear being disliked and rejected. Others are afraid confrontation will make things worse by creating anger and resentment in the person they confront.
