Daniel Hall is the Senior Appraiser for Nationwide Valuations, Inc. Prior to joining Nationwide Valuations; he was also the President of the NEBB Institute, Inc. and International Society of Business Appraisers, Inc. Dan also became a Commercial Loan Officer for a small boutique bank based in Richardson, Texas before joining NEBB in 2013. Formerly, Dan was the Managing Partner of Alamo Corporate Group – Dallas, a business brokerage firm. Dan’s experience includes sixteen years in the brokerage industry representing buy-side and sell-side clients involving Mid-market transactions in various sectors.

In 1994, Dan founded a professional business brokerage firm with limited industry experience, successfully building an organization that produced eighty-three business sales transactions with deal sizes ranging from $100K to $25M. Dan opened a second brokerage office in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2002 and continued to work in the investment-banking arena. In January 2007, Dan became the Managing Partner of Alamo Corporate Group-Dallas.

Dan has been active in state and national industry trade associations over the past years and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice President/Treasurer of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and President of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB). Dan completed a second term on the Board of Directors of the IBBA and was also Chairman of the Membership Committee and a Member of the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). He received the Fellow of the IBBA award in 2006 to recognize his service to the organization and the Chairman’s Award in 2008. Dan was elected Chairman of the M&A Source, a middle market trade association of intermediaries and other support professionals, in 2009.

His professional credentials include the Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) designation, and he was a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. In 2012, Dan completed his requirements to receive the CBA credential as issued by the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA). The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) also awarded Dan their Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA) designation in 2013. In 2013, Dan also completed all the requirements the International Society of Business Appraisers, Inc. (ISBA) set forth for their Business Certified Appraiser (BCA) credential.
