
There Are 3 Steps to Earning The Professional Credential Of BCA
STEP 1: Complete Level 1 – Valuation Essentials Course and passing the proctored exam
STEP 2: Complete Level 2 – Advanced Techniques Course and passing the proctored exam
STEP 3: The final step is to submit one demonstration report for peer review by the Educational Committee, based on specific case study information. (Packet of case study info will be provided upon successfully passing both the Level 1 and Level 2 Courses.)
After you have attended both Level 1 and Level 2 courses, successfully passed both proctored exams, and successfully completed a demonstration report, you will be awarded the professional designation of Business Certified Appraiser (BCA).
