We are committed to preserving the public trust and educating the public on how to protect themselves when it comes to getting accurate machinery and equipment values. The NEBB Institute Code of Ethics & Competency Appraiser Awareness Program is designed to protect the public from unsubstantiated or questionable machinery and equipment appraisals.
We demand ethical excellence from machinery and equipment appraisers. Therefore, they must comply with these four strict points:

2. Advocacy Only of the Appraisal
3. Certification
4. Defensible Appraisal
