Candice D. Hevle began her appraisal career in 1993 working for Harris Appraisal Service, Inc., in Wichita, Kansas. She was involved with residential and commercial real estate appraisals, machinery/equipment appraisals, and business valuations.

In 1997, Ms. Hevle moved to Bakersfield, California and began working for Marketing & Consultant Services, Inc., a premier appraisal group operating in 46 U.S. states as well as Australia, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. She continues to work with Marketing & Consultant Services, Inc., as a primary research analyst in finding values for machinery and equipment items for attorneys, bankers, CPAs, business owners, and others who require and utilize appraisal services.

Certification for the CMEA designation was awarded to Ms. Hevle by the NEBB Institute on April 4, 2002. On December 15, 2011, Candice was awarded the certification for the Master Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser designation. In addition to the MCMEA designation, she was awarded the CSBA professional designation indicating Certified Senior Business Analyst in October 2007.

Candice served as the Lead Research Analyst for NEBB Institute from 2002 to 2013. In this role, she helped many appraisers who needed assistance in the area of equipment valuation and report requirement information. She currently serves as a consultant, providing values and various appraisal support services to other machinery and equipment appraisers nationwide
