Doug Scheiding, CMEA®, is a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser, Business Certified Appraiser (BCA®), Professional Engineer (PE), and Board Certified Broker (BCB). He co-owns Equipment Appraisers of San Antonio (EAofSA), where he provides certified equipment appraisals for corporations, CPAs, banks, and SBA-related engagements. His firm serves industries including construction, oil and gas, agriculture, manufacturing, and transportation.

In addition to EAofSA, Doug operates a business brokerage (BBofSA) and owns Rogue Cookers, a BBQ competition and consulting business whose line of rubs is sold in national retailers like Home Depot and Ace Hardware. His entrepreneurial background is complemented by his engineering experience and business acumen, allowing him to serve clients with both technical and financial precision.

Doug earned his CMEA® designation from the NEBB Institute in December 2009. He is known for delivering accurate, USPAP-compliant appraisal reports that stand up to scrutiny in lending, litigation, and acquisition scenarios. His multidisciplinary expertise makes him a valuable asset to the NEBB advisory team.
