Announcement: Transition from Pearson VUE to Prometric: We wish to inform you that, effective Monday, August 1, 2024, the International Society of Business Appraisers (ISBA) will transition our Business Certified Appraiser (BCA) exams from Pearson VUE to Prometric.

Exams
Once you finish the required Individual Courses, you are ready to take your exam. The exam requirements are the same for students of both the certification programs: the Self-Paced or the 8-Week courses. The 8-week certification program includes an exam voucher, but the Self-Paced Plan requires the student to purchase an exam voucher from Pearson Vue when scheduling the exam. The exam is taken online and consists of just over 70 multiple-choice questions. Three hours is allowed for taking the exam. To pass, one must score at least a 75%.
